Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for buying and working through a Nonogram package. They are intentionally plain-language and should be reviewed before checkout.

Last updated: 9 May 2026

01

Scope and package boundaries

Nonogram packages are fixed-scope digital services. The selected package, agreed add-ons, intake details, and written confirmations define the project scope. Requests outside that scope may require an add-on, upgrade, separate quote, or custom review.

02

Business identity and records

References to Nonogram mean the Nonogram service and business identified on this website, checkout, order confirmations, invoices, or receipts. Where required, receipts or invoices will show the applicable legal, trading, tax/GST, and contact details.

03

Payment

Checkout payments are processed securely through Stripe. Work does not enter production until payment is confirmed and required intake information has been submitted or otherwise approved. If a payment fails, is disputed, or is reversed, Nonogram may pause production, launch, handoff, or support until the issue is resolved.

04

Third-party costs

Third-party platforms, domains, hosting, Shopify, apps, themes, fonts, stock assets, payment processors, subscriptions, usage fees, tax/GST, and similar costs are client-owned unless explicitly included or quoted as pass-through in writing.

05

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Refunds and cancellations are reviewed based on the project stage, work completed, planning or setup already started, committed costs, and the reason for the request. Completed work, production time, creative direction, technical configuration, payment processor fees, and third-party or committed costs are not automatically refundable. Please contact us before raising a payment dispute so we can review the project record and available options.

06

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate information, required assets, timely feedback, account access where needed, and permission to use any material you provide. Delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate inputs may delay delivery timelines, pause production, or require a revised checkpoint before work continues.

07

Revisions

Included revision rounds are refinements to the agreed direction. A revision is not a new concept direction, full redesign, new page request, new integration, or major scope change. Feedback should be consolidated into one round per review cycle.

08

Delivery and ownership

After final payment and delivery, you own the final client deliverables produced for your project, except for third-party tools, fonts, software, stock assets, platform accounts, or licensed material governed by their own terms. Nonogram may retain internal methods, reusable components, templates, reusable code, and production know-how.

09

Portfolio, testimonials, and proof

Nonogram will only present client work, testimonials, or case-study material publicly where permission has been given or the material is otherwise confirmed as public-safe. Confidential project information and client-supplied material are not sold.

10

WebCare and support

WebCare is an ongoing support and continuity service for eligible website and ecommerce builds. It is not unlimited development time. Ongoing WebCare billing begins only where selected or agreed, using the confirmed billing method such as Stripe subscription, payment link, or invoice. Larger changes, new pages, new integrations, major improvements, guaranteed uptime, or fixed response-time commitments are scoped separately unless confirmed in writing.

11

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Nonogram is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, platform outages, third-party service failures, or issues caused by missing client inputs, external accounts, or unsupported changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by New Zealand law unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
